Riding, Arch Enemy… Life’s good
So life has been quite eventful since I last posted!
On the 23rd, I had the terrific fortune of witnessing Arch Enemy playing in Hong Kong. For one, it’s rare to get a band that plays music that heavy in Hong Kong. Second, Arch Enemy are one of the biggest melodic death metal bands around; they were supposed to come play last year but they didn’t end up making it out. The show really didn’t disappoint. Being the first big metal concert I’ve ever been to, I was amazed by their intensity, and how spot on everything was.
And Angela Gossow’s (the frontwoman) intensity makes her totally attractive.
Here are a couple pics I snapped with my iPhone

My girlfriend got back from her trip where she went hiking in Nepal the day after, which was awesome as well; we got to hang out a whole bunch over mid-term break. I enjoyed it immensely.
I also got to ride a couple times this week, despite my having school, which was awesome. I got to get a set in last Monday (which was actually a public holiday), and today. I rode alright both days too, so I’m stoked. I really wish I could get more riding in though. It’s tough, what with school and stuff. Really frustrating sometimes. But that’s life eh?
I managed as well to get some photos from my Lomo Fisheye developped today… there was a super old roll sitting around my room that I hadn’t developped yet for whatever reason. Most of the photos were overexposed, because I stupidly accidentally opened the back of the camera up before the roll was finished, but a few turned out alright.
Here’s one of my favourites, and with it, I bid you farewell until next post!
