anyways, went to qiaobo to shred the “airbag” again today and guess what…i got checked! at a ski resort!! funny thing - they did not even check my bag…where the bomb was…with which i wanna blow up my own park…

yeah right! haha

bagged a new trick too today. stoked. will show that one off at nanshan this winter!

One week on from bringing you the intro to the ThirtyTwo/Stepchild combined team movie, onboard snowboarding mag (and me) is stoked to be able to bring you part 2.

Who got the opener? None other than Canadian slayer Simon Chamberlain. In the words of the man himself, “I wanted to do some influential park things in the streets. I always get these ideas of bringing stuff to the streets to kinda make some things look different. I did that this year on some features and it was super fun…”

we have been at the qiaobo mellow park today again…testing-testing-testing that airbag thingy. pretty fun! check out olli throwing it down…he was trying EVERY flip in the book haha. here we have a, what we call, “olli flip” which is kinda a fs rodeo 7. can’t wait to see that one off the big one at nanshan broski!

thx to snowboarding i knocked my front teeth out a couple of years ago…finally getting them fixed! first drilling into stumpies and then putting on the new smile.

in the west its called bagjump, here its called “airbag”. never tried the real one back home in austria but the chinese knock off is not too bad at all! u can go fullspeed over the kicker and try whatever as long as u land in the middle u are fine AND u might get a couple of new tricks in your bag! pretty stoked on that thing right now and can’t wait to shred that one again! oh, the dudes that own that bag put it in our indoor park at qiaobo…if u wanna try it to visit mellowparks.cn on info of how to get there.

huge kicker (for indoors), 16 meter long and 11 meter wide bag. lots of work to set that one up!

and the whole thing when its blown up. mingming seems pretty stoked ;)
